  • Specialty: Mastery of all conventional and advanced inspection techniques used for asset integrity inspection.
  • Nearly 20 years' experience in industrial asset inspection, including inspection and certification of lifting equipment.
  • Registered with the Order of Engineers of Quebec, Ontario and Nunavut.
     

Jean Massé, Eng. / Senior Engineer
 

  • Formerly President of SIJM, whose activities were acquired by TORNGATS Consultants.
  • Specialty: Design, inspection and certification of anchoring and lifting structures.
  • More than 45 years' experience in structural engineering, with particular emphasis on access and safety equipment at heights, and buildings.


Ciro Di Costanzo, Eng. / Associate Structural Engineer

 

  • Specialty: Project management and structural calculations.
  • Over 7 years' experience in mechanical design and project management.
  • Comfortable with finite element evaluations, including seismic calculations. 


Sandrine Guérin Deletang / PhD in Materials Science and Engineering

 

  • Specialty: In-depth expertise in metallurgy for the identification of damage mechanism types and mitigation recommendations.
  • Over 13 years' experience in metallurgy and materials-related R&D.
